Terms and Conditions for Auto Clean Mobile Valeting & Detailing Service

Thank you for choosing Auto Clean. To ensure we provide you with the best service possible, we ask that you please respect our policies and terms of business.

  • Service Location & Access Requirements Auto Clean is a mobile service that operates at your workplace or doorstep. For safety, insurance, and operational reasons, we require specific conditions to be met in order to carry out our services:

       If the location of your booking has any of the issues listed above, please contact us prior to booking           so we can discuss possible alternative arrangements.

  1. We cannot commence work on any vehicle located on a main road, heavily trafficked road, or narrow/ tight streets.

  2. We cannot operate in pay-and-display car parks.

  3. A safe and accessible location for us to plug in our extension lead is necessary.

  4. An outside tap is preferred but not essential.

  • Booking Changes Due to Unexpected Circumstances In the event of unexpected traffic delays, emergencies, or unforeseen incidents, Auto Clean may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. We will inform you as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable solution.

  • Additional Charges for Excessive Soiling If your vehicle’s interior is heavily soiled with substances such as mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, or blood, additional charges will apply. Please inform us in advance and, if possible, provide images of the affected areas so we can provide you with an accurate estimate. If we are not made aware of such conditions in advance, the cost will be agreed upon before any work begins.

  • Booking Confirmation and Payment By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. Any booking affected by issues such as those listed above may result in full booking charges being applicable. An invoice will be sent to the billing address and email provided at the time of booking. Failure to pay the invoice will result in legal action being taken. Please note, a missed booking results in lost wages for our staff, and we will not tolerate any loss of time or pay under any circumstances.
